Meet Nick – our National Executive Chef and Head Chef at Birdie!
Nick’s been bringing the flavour to Links Kennedy Bay for 2.5 years now, and it’s the people that make it such a standout place to work, he says.

From building vintage motorbikes in his spare time to crafting a perfect lamb rump in the kitchen, Nick’s passion shows in everything he does. Though when it comes to eating? He’ll always back the Woods Cheeseburger – can’t go wrong.

He’s also recently reignited his love for golf, and his favourite hole on our course? The 11th – with that epic elevation, it’s hard to beat!

We’re stoked to have Nick leading the culinary charge.

Meet Prashant – our Senior Sous Chef

He’s been with us for 6 months, but it already feels like he’s part of the furniture (the really talented, food-loving kind).

What gets him fired up? The incredible dishes we create and the awesome team he gets to cook alongside every day.

When he’s not commanding the kitchen, you’ll find him doting on his pride and joy—his car. Yep, it’s safe to say he gives it as much love and attention as he does our Pork Belly… which just so happens to be his favourite on the menu.
